A soundtrack to a film in 5 minutes or so...young man goes to fight in the American civil war, fights, dies, gets buried.

I think this dates from around 2003. An homage to the 1960s Ennio Morricone spaghetti western soundtracks I have always loved. The title, I thought, was in the style of some of the less well known spaghetti westerns from the time.

I was playing around with a trumpet patch one day and played a note - the one on the intro. The rest of the track just fell out of my head quite quickly. Software instruments again...quite old ones obviously, as the orchestral sounds aren’t very realistic. I did write a follow up but was never as happy with it.
